Juriscorp Law was founded in Edmonton in 2016 by Shounak Mehta, called to the Alberta Bar in 2014, with the mentorship and support of the late Charles R. Allard, a respected figure in Edmonton's legal community. What began as a single lawyer's practice was built on one simple conviction: clients deserve counsel who treats their file like it's the only one on the desk.

That founding conviction is still the firm's operating principle today. We've grown into a multidisciplinary team spanning real estate, corporate-commercial, immigration, family, and litigation law, with offices in Edmonton and Rocky Mountain House, but we've deliberately stayed small enough that no client becomes a case number.
